- Management & retail leasing of class-A 13 unit retail shopping center that originally had 3 tenants in San Bernardino, CA. Filled up 100% occupancy in 16 months with targeted marking
- Management of multi-family of 150 units in Lancaster, CA
- Management of multi-family of 120 units in Los Angeles, CA
- Consulting and provided capital for a 6 story 78 unit retail/multi-family project in Koreatown
- Negotiated leases for various small retail businesses such as donut shops, nail salon, Charter School, Starbucks, 7-11, Zumba Dance, etc.
- Management of commercial retail strip center in San Pedro, CA whose tenants consists of national brands such as Starbucks, Fantastic Sam’s, Rock N Juice, Tobacco Leaf.
- Induced commercial lease spaces to Domino’s Pizza, Zumba Fitness, Children Dental, H & R Block, nail salon, psychiatrist office, Metro PCS to name a few
- Represented both buying and selling parties of $4.3 million single family home in Los Feliz Estates
- Acquired a $2 million office building in Pasadena in March 2015 for a client at a 20% lower amount compared to listing price and provided SBA capital in 3 weeks
- Listed and sold a multi-family in Hancock Park in 2014 at 11.7% higher than the listing price when other brokerage have appraised it far below our own listing price.
- Provided consulting with regard to acquisition and financing of a $14 million La Habra medical office building in 2016
